The Great Kentucky Proud Cook Out Tent – Fair Food Highlight

The Great Kentucky Proud Cook Out Tent, located just outside the South Wing, features locally sourced and freshly prepared menu items from a number of Kentucky commodity groups. From fried catfish to rib-eye sandwiches, grilled sweet corn to fried chicken, and grilled cheese to pork burgers, the tent offers a wide array of delicious dishes all made with ingredients grown and raised on Kentucky farms. Stop by and enjoy the fresh flavors of Kentucky while visiting the fair this year!

For the 2022 Kentucky State Fair, the former Commodity Tent has been re-branded and moved to a new and more convenient location. The Great Kentucky Proud Cook Out Tent is sponsored by Kentucky Proud in partnership with Kentucky Aquaculture Association, Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association, Kentucky Corn Growers Association, Kentucky Pork Producers, Kentucky Poultry Federation, and the University of Kentucky Dairy Club.
